Marina Abramović: The Artist is Present (Portraits)

These photographs document visitors to the exhibition of Marina Abramovic:  The Artist is Present.  (currently on at MOMA, New York).  Abramovic is seated in the Donald B. and Catherine C. Marron Atrium for the duration of the exhibition, performing her new work The Artist is Present for seven hours on most days and ten hours on Fridays.  Visitors are invited to sit silently with the artist for a duration of their choosing.  Select show info to see the date and duration of each visitor's participation.  Photographs by Marco Anelli.
